Like many people, we began with the simple desire to create a garden that felt good to be in.
But over time, a question kept returning:

It wasn’t about effort. Or even knowledge, necessarily. It was something less obvious—something to do with proportion, rhythm, history, and the subtle ways spaces are shaped.
